After years of being in the hair care industry, I was frustrated with the constant looking for, trying of, and having to buy large quantities of different product lines. All the while, hoping that they would not only be the products my clients were happy with, but that I would be satisfied using. If I wasn't satisfied with the working qualities and costs of a product, I wouldn't feel comfortable selling them to my clients. I was never truly satisfied. So, I started talking to my clients, my colleagues and others in the hair care industry, about what they really liked and disliked in the products they were using.
